How Do I Place An Order?
You may place an order online through credit card or Pay Pal.
If you are visiting my shop in person (at one of the craft/vendor shows that I participate in), I accept cash, check or credit card payment.
Payment and Shipping
When placing an online order, you will receive an email receipt when your order is received and processed, Please allow up to a week for your order to be processed and items to be shipped,
All items carry a shipping fee and shall be charged in accordance to post office fees. Weight and number of items being shipped will increase shipping fees. Please see checkout for details.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
PayPal and credit card payments are accepted.
Returns & Refunds
If sent items are damaged upon arrival, please photograph the broken items and send an email of the damage to julyartist34@gmail.com. Please include your name, contact information and order number. I will replace your item if possible, however most items are one of a kind and cannot be replicated. An item can be replicated upon request, but will require a customization request. These requests are fulfilled primarily in the summer months (June, July and August).
